Subscriptions can't be transferred between Scribd and Everand. If you signed up for the wrong product, you'll need to cancel and subscribe to the other one. Here's how.

How to switch to the right product

  1. Cancel your current subscription. See How to cancel your Scribd subscription or How to cancel your Everand subscription.
  2. Head to the Scribd website or the Everand website, depending on which you want.
  3. Sign in, or create an account if you don't have one yet.
  4. Choose your preferred plan and subscribe.

Need a refund? Canceling on its own won't undo a charge that's already gone through. Check out Refunds for Scribd and Slideshare, and How refunds work on Everand.

Check which product you're subscribed to

Sign in and open your account page on each site. You'll see a subscription only on the site where you have one.

If Apple or Google bills you, open your subscriptions list there instead. Look for both Scribd and Everand, since older subscriptions can be listed under either name.

Frequently asked questions

Q: I started a free trial on the wrong product. Will I be charged?

A: Not if you cancel before the trial ends. Don't worry, we'll send a reminder email before your trial end date.

Q: How do I cancel both Scribd and Everand subscriptions?

A: You'll have to cancel each one on its own site. Follow instructions for How to cancel your Scribd subscription and How to cancel your Everand subscription. If Apple or Google bills you for either one, cancel directly through your Apple or Google account.

Q: I'm being charged for something I can't open. Why?

A: The subscription and the account you're signed into probably don't match. Look for a second account under a different email address, and check whether the App Store or Google Play is billing you for either Scribd or Everand. If that doesn't solve the issue, submit a request with the date and amount, and we'll track it down.
