Everand is designed to go where you go. Your account syncs across devices so you can start reading on your phone and pick up where you left off on your tablet or computer.

What syncs

  • Reading and listening progress
  • Your saved books and custom lists
  • Unlocked books
  • Bookmarks, highlights, and notes
  • Reading history and finished books

What doesn't sync

  • Downloaded offline content (each device stores its own downloads)
  • Display preferences like font size or theme (these are set per device)

Device limits

  • App downloads: Up to 4 devices can store content for offline access
  • Book access: Any given book can be opened on up to 6 devices (may vary by book based on licensing)
  • Web: Up to 3 browsers within a 24-hour period

If you see a "too many devices" message, try signing out of a device you're no longer using.

Supported platforms

  • iPhone and iPad (iOS 17+)
  • Android phones and tablets (7.1.1+)
  • Kindle Fire tablets (4th gen+, Fire OS 6+)
  • Any web browser at everand.com
  • Apple Watch (for audio streaming)

FAQ

Q: My progress isn't syncing between devices. What do I do?

A: Make sure you're signed in to the same account on both devices and that both are connected to the internet. Close and reopen the app to force a sync. See "My reading progress isn't syncing" for more detailed troubleshooting.

Q: Do I need a separate subscription for each device?

A: No. One subscription works across all your devices. Just sign in with the same email.
