Locating your subscription information
You can view your subscription details at a glance using our websites or mobile apps!
On the Everand app or website
- Sign in to your account on the Everand app or website
- Tap on “Account” in the bottom right corner of the app; or, click on your profile icon in the upper right corner on the website
- Select “Account Information” on the app, or "Your account" on the website
- View your subscription details in the “Plan” section
On the Scribd app or website
- Sign in to your account on the Scribd app or website
- Tap on “Account” in the bottom right corner of the app; or, click on your profile icon in the upper right corner on the website
- Select “Account Information” on the app, or "Your account" on the website
- View your subscription details in the “Plan” section
At this time, Slideshare users with a subscription will want to visit Scribd’s website to view and manage their subscription. Don’t worry - your account settings page on Slideshare will also direct you to the correct place to manage this information on Scribd.
Checking your subscription status
Unsure if your subscription is active, paused, or up for renewal? Your subscription details can confirm this for you!
We recommend viewing your subscription details on the Everand or Scribd websites, as only the subscription type (ie. monthly) is displayed in the app.
Any important notices about your current subscription will always appear at the top of the “Subscription” section in your account. For example, if you cancel your subscription, you’ll see a reminder of the exact date your subscription will end.
You’ll see your subscription type and its cost listed directly under “Plan Details”. If your subscription is active, you’ll see the following options listed:
- Pause subscription – Allows you to pause your subscription for up to 12 weeks.
- Cancel subscription – Allows you to cancel your subscription.
If you don’t have an active subscription, but have had one previously, you’ll see the date your subscription ended, and an option to “Restart Subscription”.
Your subscription billing date
With an active subscription, it’s important to know when your subscription will renew and the amount you will be billed for. Here’s how to find this information!
On the Scribd or Everand websites
- Sign in to your account on the Everand or Scribd websites
- Click the user icon in the upper right corner of the page
- Select “Your account” from the drop-down menu
- Scroll to the “Payment information” section
- Your billing date and the amount will be listed under “Upcoming payment”
On the Scribd or Everand apps
- Sign in to your account on the app
- Tap on “Account” in the bottom right corner of your device’s screen
- Select “Account information”
- Your next billing date and the amount will be listed under “Next bill amount”
