You can see every payment you've made and review billing details right from your account settings. For an invoice, you'll need to ask our virtual assistant.

Viewing your payment history
- Sign in to your account on the Everand website.
- Click your profile icon in the upper right corner.
- Select "Your account."
- In the Payment information section, select "View history."

Getting an invoice
For Everand invoices or invoices for previous billing periods, start a conversation with our virtual assistant and include:
- Your account email address
- The billing period you need an invoice for
- Any specific details you'd like included (e.g., company name, address, or tax ID for expense reporting)
Payment confirmation emails
When you first subscribe, we'll send a confirmation email to the address on your account. We don't send recurring receipts for later payments, but your account settings always have the full record.
Can't find your first payment confirmation email?
- Search your inbox for "Everand.com" or "Scribd.com."
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Make sure the email address on your account is correct. A typo could mean your confirmation went to the wrong place, but you can update it in your account settings.
If you still can't find it, reach out to our virtual assistant, and we can help from there.
Frequently asked questions
Q: Why does "Scribd, Inc." show on my statement?
A: Scribd, Inc. is the company behind Everand. Your subscription is billed under that name, so that's what appears on your credit card or bank statement. If you're seeing a charge and aren't sure what it's for, check your payment history in your account settings. It'll show you exactly what was billed and when.
If it still doesn't look right, our virtual assistant can help investigate.
Q: Is tax included in my charge?
A: Depending on your location, tax may be included in your subscription charge. It's calculated automatically based on local requirements and shows up as a line item alongside your charges.
Q: I never got a confirmation email.
A: Search your inbox for "Everand.com" or "Scribd.com" and check your spam folder. If the email address on your account has a typo, your confirmation may have gone to the wrong place — you can update it in your account settings. If you still can't find it, start a conversation with our virtual assistant. If it can't sort things out, it'll connect you to our support team.
