Managing your SlideShare log-in

We’ve migrated SlideShare’s login system to Scribd. Since your account is linked to Scribd, if you want to update or recover your login information, you'll need to do so directly through Scribd.

This is only relevant for account holders who created an account that wasn't registered through LinkedIn. If you created your SlideShare account through LinkedIn, you can change the email address attached to your SlideShare account by changing the email address associated with your LinkedIn account.

How to update your SlideShare information

SlideShare password

1. Click on your photo in the top right corner of the screen
2. Select Account Settings
3. Click on the Account tab
4. Click the blue “Change your password on Scribd” button
5. In the Account Information section, click “Update” to change your password

SlideShare email address

1. Click on your photo in the top right corner of the screen
2. Select Account Settings
3. Click on the Email address tab
4. Click the blue “Change your email address on Scribd”
5. In the Account Information section, click “Edit”

Forgot your email address or password?

Since your SlideShare log-in is linked to Scribd, you will need to visit the Scribd website to recover any forgotten email addresses or passwords. For instructions on resetting your SlideShare log-in credentials through Scribd visit Account recovery: forgotten password or email address.
