You can change your email or password from the Everand website or app.
Change your email
On the web: Go to your account settings by clicking your profile icon in the upper right, then "Your account." Look for the email field and update it.
In the app: Tap the Account tab, then your account settings. Update your email from there.
Your new email will be used for signing in and for all account communications, including billing receipts.
Change your password
On the web: Go to your account settings and look for the password section. You'll need to enter your current password to set a new one.
In the app: Same path — Account tab, account settings, password section.
Forgot your password?
On the sign-in page, tap "Forgot password?" and enter the email address associated with your account. You'll receive a reset link. If you're not sure which email you used, try the ones you might have signed up with — or reach out to our virtual assistant for help.

Q: If I change my email, do I lose my reading progress or saved books?
A: No. Everything is tied to your account, not your email address. Changing your email just updates how you sign in.
Q: I use Google or Apple sign-in. Can I still change my email?
A: Your Everand account email is linked to whatever sign-in method you used. If you signed in with Google or Apple, your email is managed through those services. Contact our virtual assistant if you need to update it.
