If your card expired, you want to switch to a different payment method, or your subscription is on hold because we couldn't process your last renewal — all of that starts in the same place.
If you subscribed on the web:
- Sign in to your account on the Everand website.
- Tap your profile icon in the upper right corner.
- Select "Your account."
- Under "Payment information," select "Manage this payment."
- From here, you can update your existing method, add a new one, or change your preferred payment method.
You can keep up to three payment methods on file. One will be marked as your preferred method — that's the one we'll charge on your billing date. The others act as backups in case your preferred method doesn't go through.
If you subscribed through the App Store:
You'll need to update your payment method through Apple. Go to Settings > [your name] > Payment & Shipping, and edit from there. For detailed steps, visit Apple support.
If you subscribed through Google Play:
Update your payment method through Google Play. Open the Google Play app > Profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Payment methods. For detailed steps, visit Google Play support.
What we accept
For subscriptions on everand.com, we accept major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. We don't accept prepaid or non-reloadable cards.
Your payment data is transmitted securely over SSL encryption.
Switching payment platforms
If you want to change how you pay — say, from the App Store to a credit card, or from PayPal to Google Pay — you'll need to cancel your current subscription and resubscribe using your preferred payment option. Keep in mind that if you're on a Legacy plan, canceling means losing that plan permanently.
Frequently asked questions
Q: My subscription is on hold. What do I do?
A: This means we couldn't process your last payment — usually because a card expired, was replaced, or had insufficient funds. Go to your account settings and update your payment method. Once we can charge successfully, your subscription will resume.
Q: Can I pay with Apple Pay?
A: Yes. Apple Pay is available as a payment option for web subscriptions, alongside credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and Google Pay.
