Security is very important to us, and we want to make sure that you feel confident while using our apps and websites. To add an extra layer of security to your account, we have enabled multi-factor authentication.

What is multi-factor authentication?

Multi-factor authentication is a security process that requires the user to provide additional details to prove their identity, such as confirming both an account password and verifying access to the email address associated with the account. The purpose is to reduce the chance that a third party will be able to impersonate you and access your information.

How do we use multi-factor authentication?

After your account is verified, some logins and any changes to your account settings or password will need to be confirmed with a custom access information delivered to you using the contact information you've provided. This helps to ensure that you are the only person accessing and updating your account.

How do I enable multi-factor authentication?

New users will be required to enroll in multi-factor authentication in order to create an account. Users with older accounts may need to visit the Account Information tab in their account page in order to set up authentication. Once that is complete, you are fully enrolled.
