Security is very important to us, and we want to make sure that you feel confident while using our apps and websites. To add an extra layer of security to your account, we have enabled two-factor authentication.

What is two-factor authentication?

Two-factor authentication is a security process that requires the user to provide two secure details to prove their identity, such as confirming both an account password and access to the email address associated with the account. The purpose is to reduce the chance that a third party will be able to impersonate you and access your information.

How do we use two-factor authentication?

To add additional security, our users will need to verify the email address linked to their account. Verification is simple and should only need to be completed once. After your email is verified, any changes to your account settings or password will need to be confirmed with a custom access link delivered to your email. This helps to ensure that you are the only person accessing your account.

How do I enable two-factor authentication?

You’ll be required to enroll in two-factor authentication in order to make certain updates to your account information. The first time you access your account page to make a change, you will be prompted to verify your email. Once that is complete, you are fully enrolled. From then on, you will be prompted to use a secure, unique link delivered to your email address each time you wish to make changes to your account profile or password.
