Problems Signing in to SlideShare

Access to your email address is not required to log in to SlideShare. You can use your username and password to login. Once you have logged in, you can change your email address.

We won’t be able to help you regain access to your account if:

  • You haven't verified your account.
  • You can't remember your username and have lost access to your registered email address. We won’t be able to help you regain access to your account unless you can verify the full email address.

We do this to protect the security and privacy of our users and it helps prevent unauthorized access to your account.

If you can't sign in to your SlideShare account:

  1. Ensure your device is connected to the Internet.
  2. You can reset your password from the log in page if you cannot remember the correct password to sign in to your account.

On iOS

If you can’t sign in to the SlideShare app:

  1. Ensure your device is connected to the Internet.
  2. Once the LinkedIn SlideShare mobile app. Enter the same email address you would enter on the desktop version of SlideShare.

Note: If you're still unable to sign in after attempting the steps above, you can reset your password or you could try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

On Android

If you can’t sign in to the SlideShare account or mobile website:

  1. Ensure your device is connected to the Internet.
  2. Once the LinkedIn SlideShare mobile app. Enter the same email address you would enter on the desktop version of SlideShare.
