If you have unintentionally set up multiple active subscriptions through the App Store, you will need to cancel one of the subscriptions. Due to Apple's payment and security policies, we’re not permitted to cancel your subscription on your behalf, even when it’s a duplicate. However, we're happy to provide the steps you need to take to resolve this issue.
You can cancel a duplicate subscription from your iPhone, iPad, or computer. If you would like to retain access to our premium features, be sure to leave one subscription active!
Subscriptions to Everand are managed separately from Scribd + Slideshare subscriptions. To access premium features across all three of our products, you will need to sign up for the Everand subscription, as well as our Scribd + Slideshare subscription bundle.
