Tuesday, February 27th 10:00 AM Pacific: Our team continues monitoring and working to resolve issues some users report with logging in and out of accounts. We've identified two primary issue types that users may be encountering; read on for more information.
Issues receiving verification codes
If you're missing your login verification code, we recommend you start by checking your spam or junk folder for messages from Scribd or Everand. Please note that verification codes are valid for a limited time; you may need to request a new code to proceed with logging in.
If you continue to have issues receiving or using a verification code, please let us know.
Issues staying logged in
Some users have reported that they find themselves logged out shortly after successfully logging in. We're working diligently to resolve this as soon as possible.
If you are encountering this, we welcome you to submit a support request including the following information:
• Your device's operating system (iOS, Android, etc)
• Are you attempting to log in to one of our websites (Scribd.com, Everand.com), or within our Scribd or Everand apps?
In the meantime, we have found most users have been able to log in successfully to our Scribd and Everand websites. You may find this a useful temporary workaround while our developer team continues to investigate this issue.
