How do I enjoy Scribd without an internet connection?

There's nothing like reading or listening to a good book. Scribd knows that, but Scribd also knows you're not always going to be connected to the internet in order to read to your heart's content. So never fear! Even during those offline times, you'll still be able to enjoy Scribd's collection.

To store content on your device:

1. Tap on cover of the book you wish to save, you'll be dropped into the book's summary page.
2. Look for an,"Add to Library" button. Tap on this to add it to your library.
3. Once a book is added to your library tap the "Store to Device" button. If you haven't used a Monthly Read for it you'll be prompted to do so now.
4. To access these saved books, go to "Library" and then tap "Stored Offline" in the top of the screen.

After that, active internet connection or not, you'll be able to enjoy the book from beginning to end. Scribd has it so you can save up to 20 titles at any given time for all the offline reading you can handle! To find the list of all the titles you've saved, simply access your 'Library', select the 'Stored Offline' tab and find the title you've stored any time of day. Remember, though: Books stored on your device can only be opened through the app and we don't permit access to a stored book's file.

If you're finished with a book or need to free up some space on your device you can delete a book from your storage - you'll be able to pull it up from your library again at any time to store it if need be! You can remove content from your device via the Library. To do this, go to your Library by tapping "Library", located at the bottom edge of your screen. Once at My Library, tap the "Stored Offline" tab near the top of the screen. There, tap "Select" and then tap all titles you wish to remove from your device. Once you've selected all the titles you want to remove, tap "Remove" found in the upper left corner.
