Once you’ve redeemed the promo code, you can confirm it’s been applied by visiting your account, and scrolling to the “Subscription” section to review your subscription plan details.

Are you getting an error message when trying to redeem an offer? Here are some possible reasons this might be happening:
You already have a subscription
If you have an existing subscription with Scribd, you can still redeem this offer as long as you have not yet used your Walmart+ promotion. However, our customer support team will need to assist you with this process.
Please contact walmartpartnership@scribd.com from the email address associated with your Scribd account, and include your Walmart+ promo code.
