My student discount verification failed, help!

Oh no! If your student status verification failed, this could be for a number of reasons such as:

  • The document's quality was unreadable
  • The document did not show your full and legal name
  • The document shows a name different from the one you were using to verify under this offer

You do have the option to reapply, though! For abuse-prevention reasons, we only allow a limited number of retries so please take care to be sure that your document is clearly visible, that your registration information is correct, and that any confidential information has been edited out or blacked out of the document.
