Start with these steps — they resolve most issues.

Step 1: Update the app

Open the App Store, search for Everand, and tap "Update" if one is available. Running an outdated version is the most common cause of app issues.

The Everand app requires iOS 17 or newer.

Step 2: Restart your device

Turn your iPhone or iPad off and back on. This clears temporary memory and often resolves glitches.

Step 3: Clear the app cache

If the app is loading slowly or behaving unusually, clearing the cache can help. Go to your device's Settings > General > iPhone Storage > Everand, then tap "Offload App." Reinstall from the App Store afterward.

Note: Offloading the app removes cached data but preserves your account. You'll need to sign back in.

Step 4: Delete and reinstall the app

If the steps above didn't help:

  1. Delete the Everand app from your device.
  2. Open the App Store and search for "Everand."
  3. Tap "Download" to reinstall.
  4. Sign in with your account credentials.

⚠️ Deleting the app removes any content you've downloaded for offline reading or listening. Make sure those books are in your saved list so you can re-download them after reinstalling.
