Every Mon-Fri around 08:00 UTC Scribd will process any files you have uploaded to our FTP server.

If you cannot wait for a regularly scheduled run, you may also log into your Scribd account at any time and request we process your uploads. To do so, visit the PublisherTools tab of your Account Settings page and click the "run metadata" button. Please do not click the button more than once. Your request will be automatically queued but it may take quite some time to finish, especially if you uploaded a very large number of files or if our system is already processing a large batch of uploads.

You may upload files to the PublisherTools FTP server at any time.
