Anyone can change the language in which Scribd displays at any time, though it's important to note that this won't change our publishers' content. All content on Scribd is uploaded and maintained by its publishers without intervention from the Scribd staff, and changing the language setting will only affect the site's text, not document content.

To change the site's language:

1. Visit Scribd's homepage (www.scribd.com)
2. Scroll down to the very bottom of the page
3. Locate the Language tab (see image below for help)
4. Click the language that displays. This will open up panel of our available languages
5. Select your desired language. This will reload the page in the language you selected. If you are logged in, we'll remember this language when you next log in.
